Build a Team
Experienced and successful associates who are considering starting a team or bringing over their team from another brokerage should be talking to one of our managers to establish:
- What special fee deals our brokerage has for teams.
- The assistance and guidance we provide a team leader in establishing a business plan to operate as a team.
Join a Team
Some individuals prefer working in a team environment mainly for these reasons:
- They need the guidance of a senior high producer associate to guide them through.
- They are looking for someone (team leader) to provide them with leads.
- To cut their marketing and other expenses.
Belonging to a team is the answer for all of these options.
When deciding to join a team our manager will introduce you to several team leaders who are looking to grow their team. The individual will then have a mutual interview with the different team leaders to see that they are the right fit for each other. The decision has to be mutual.
